Please click here to review your yearly Civil Rights Training.
Each year our volunteers are required to receive training in basic civil rights to ensure appropriate treatment of our clients. We serve many different people from many different backgrounds, disablities, ethnicities, races, religions and sexual orientations. Pennridge FISH does not discriminate against anyone for any reason. All are to be served with lovingkindness, patience and respect.
We try to follow the Golden Rule - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Civil rights complaint forms are available in the client waiting room in English and Spanish.
The "And Justice for All" poster is also located there on the client information bulletin board.
Clients are required to have unhindered access to this poster and the forms. Please familiarize yourself with their location that you might be able to point them out, if necessary, to a client with a complaint. If a client conflict cannot be resolved in a satisfactory manner, please direct the client to the poster and the location of the forms so they may file a formal complaint.
It is our goal to avoid the need for a client to place a complaint by treating each person who walks in the door with respect. Thank you for your assistance in meeting this goal.
Pennridge FISH is an Equal Opportunity Provider.
